Useful English: Text Slang

When messaging each other through SNS there are many short forms that we sometimes naturally use in texting, here are some examples you might come across when talking to friends online:

BTW - By the way
그런데, 당신은 몇 살이에요?
Btw how old are you?

FYI - For your information
1. 
알다시피, 우리는 오전 10시에 만나요.
Fyi we are meeting at 10 am.

2.
너 아무 것도 몰라?
Do you know nothing?

참고로, 난 학위가 있어
I have a degree FYI

BRB - Be right back = Wait a minute
잠깐만요.
brb.

ASAP - As soon as possible
가능한 빨리 돈을 드릴게요.
I will give you money asap.

CYA - See you (later)
나중에 봐요
cya

TBH - To be honest
솔직히 말해서 모르겠어요.
tbh I don't know.

IDK - I don't know
사실은, 몰라요.
Actually, idk.

IDC - I don't care
뭐든 상관 없어
Whatver, idc.

CBA - Can't be arsed = Can't be bothered.
아무  것도 하기 싫다
I cba to do anything.

ATM - At the moment
저는 지금 바빠요.
I'm busy atm.

These are just a few I commonly use, however, there are lots of examples out there, also it is important to note these are used informally in casual conversation amongst friends, do not text your boss or email someone important using these abbreviations.
